With over 10 years industry experience Paul knows what it takes to deliver the very best in Personal Training services. Now he manages Lynx Brandon and still trains clients weekdays, pushing clients to reach their targets.

The former Army Tank Engineer turned multiple gym owner and PT with years of leadership and coaching experience. You'll won't just find Jack having a laugh with members, but you'll also see him training with them. Pushing clients and members to be the best version of themselves.

Jayme has vast knowledge in the world of lifting and has even claimed gold in the world powerlifting championships in his weight category. A friendly approach to training ensuring you're comfortable in every lift as well as pushing you beyond what you thought was possible. 

You'll catch Ben's friendly face knocking around the gym. For a young man Ben shows true professionalism in the gym and has a crazy strength ability within his own training. You can contact Ben for advice on your training and also even jump in on some trainee PT sessions if you'd like to support his portfolio. 

The former Royal Marines Commando and worlds strongest man under 93kg runs the strong club at Lynx Brandon and also does Personal Training at the gym. Making strong training available to all levels and with a mountain of expert knowledge, if you're looking to get strong Mark is your man. 

New kid on the block! Kallum has completed his Level 3 PT course through the Lynx apprenticeship program. He's now delivering professional PT 5 days a week at the gym. As a keen boxer back in the day Kallum also likes to teach people the fundamentals to boxing alongside strength and conditioning training.
